With nearly 40 years of experience in more than 150 countries, The Task Force is contributing to global efforts to strengthen systems for disease surveillance, outbreak control, treatment, and vaccine access. Our increased focus on domestic and global advocacy seeks to advance policies and programs that enable all people to achieve their full potential.

GLOBAL & U.S. FEDERAL POLICY

As a formal partner of the World Health Organization and the United Nations, through our non-State actor agreement, The Task Force has actively engaged in global negotiations to improve pandemic response and preparedness. Task Force experts spoke this year at the World Health Assembly, regional meetings, and the UN Human Rights Commission. In select national forums, The Task Force has advocated for strong public health systems and vaccine delivery programs in low- and middle-income countries.
